Bublcam and mobile app stays in "Preparing to capture a photo/video" state

You may notice that the Bublcam and mobile app will stay in a "Preparing to capture a photo/video" state after trying to capture something. If in this state for more than 15 seconds, please turn off the Bublcam by pressing and holding the bubl button until the LED turns off. Also, please exit and reopen the mobile app. 

We're actively working on a fix for this and will notify you when an update is available.

    I also noticed many users not being able to charge their bubl cam after using it a while. Mine is currently not able to charge, play, use even after being plugged in all day and night.
